Doesn't show servers using Chrome on Windows. It works properly using Internet Explorer. I was told it works using Chrome on Android. I works using Safari on iOS.
ctrl-shift-i and tell me if there are any red errors displayed, you may have something blocking the request to the new server info which doesn't sit on the same domain
Clearing data resolves the issue. Others had the same issue and they were also able to resolve it using that method. Maybe move this to the support section.
