Spawn points in Chinook

Map: Burning Sands AAS Std

Several players spawned in the Chinook at round start, also experienced players spawning in-flight, nowhere close to main.

Yesterday on PRTA-1, Burning sands cq std for example.

Yeah, we thought this fix got into 1.6.0.2 but build for that started before I fixed it So is included in 1.6.0.3 now. Removed it from the 1.6.0.2 changelog.
