Cyrillic fort for Ukrainian localization

I started localizing Project Reality in Ukrainian. But the font does not support all letters. And when I choose my localization in the launcher and try to start the game, it crashes. I ran check-localization.exe and the program reported that everything was fine. When I replace other localization files with my own (for example russian), it starts, but still doesn't display all the letters. I understood why the game crashing. Due to the fact that fonts_client.zip does not have font files. So need to make a font first.
