Engine Smoke Generator System (ESS) for vehicles

Engine Smoke Generator System is ability of vehicle to produce and sustain very large smoke screen by smoke generator. Many modern vehicles have this ability, by injecting diesel fuel onto hot exhaust.

In game, this feature will be nice improvement for asset gameplay and would give nice tool for support of friendly infantry in there movements around map.

All credit for this feature goes to OstVsWestDe Cold War mod for BF2, that made it work in BF2 engine.

We did try this out before and it turned out to be quite laggy. The main issue is that it will stack a lot of smoke sources on top of each other. Especially if the tank is stationary. The Bf2 engine does not like that a lot.

Wut about adding a new gun slot that pops a hand smoke nade on the ground? Give 5 smokes per "mag" and should be enough to make big smokescreen.
