Can't assign secondary key: Error 1323

After 1.6.1.0 update, the game refused to start with Launch Error "1323: Error verifying profile settings" and told me to check "Controls.con".

After some digging the problem was fixed by removing the secondary assignment for "Jump" action. The game starts now, but when I try to assign a key to Jump-secondary again, the game crashes.

The primary key works as intended.

Delete the controls file and let it regenerate

Still can't assign a secondary-jump on a fresh Controls.con.

The game crashes and won't launch again until I remove the line from the file.

Yea I see the problem now, secondary is broken for this patch. Sorry!
