Rally points not working as intended?

People seem to be able to spawn on RPs from other squads

3:33 J5 shows it I am guessing that isn't how it was intended.

Rally points don't seem to stick around anymore

3:48:33 C5 it basically kept happening the whole time we where in the bunker and I have heard SL's complain about it before.

The way I understood it that should be in range of the FOB and no enemies are close enough to over run it. Not to mention the rally was instantly place able again.

It could be I am mistaken and don't understand the Rally mechanics in which case I wouldn't mind a refresher on how they are supposed to work and I apologize for reporting it wrongly.

If needed I could try and see if some people want to try and reproduce it with me.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a rally have someone in another squad spawn on it.

2. Make a rally have it suported by a fob and see if it stays up.
