just can't launch the game

hello, when i clicked the "Launch" button, a black box for a few seconds then disappear, and then saw a dialog box with message like "cleaning up resource..".

i found the PRlauncher.log

which means "process?1568? already exited?can't process request"

i also run procdump to get the dmp file,but don't known how to upload it.

Any help with be appreciated? :)
