Voice chat not working on Co-operative !!

as mentioned on title the voice chat is working only on Deployment gameplay.

and as a new game player I need to practice on co-operative.

could any one help me fix it ?

It should work on cooperative online servers.

On a self-created private server, it will not work.

maybe that's why.. now I have to buy VPN to play the game

today I tried to open mumble while in game to see logs,

I found that when I reconnect manually to the server it works sometimes too.

i really don't know man, its frustrating
