Anyways, that's a fresh install of PR and this is my first time playing this mod. I have no problems in installing so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

mods/bf2? PR is standalone and you don't have to install BF2

I didn't installed bf2, just did a reinstall earlier and still the same error.

Launcher -> Support -> copy system info to here

Its probably GPU driver related, I'm not sure what compiles the shaders.
