Exploading cars
Do in real life cars expload when you fire at them. I don't think so(well it can hapen if you use tracers but realy rarely, or rpg atc.). So can it be reamuved if (posible whith engine). I think this whoud be veary nice and you dont nead to fear of it if exploading for no reason wile taking cover behind car.

Interestingly, the lower octane your fuel, the better chance you'd have of an explosion. Bet you non-carheads didn't know that, did you?

Ok then theres you answer. and im pretty sure thats too complex for the bf2 engine to contemplate so unless you make vehicles impermiable to bullets or remove the vehicles then we're gonna have to stay with exploding cars. Unless the devs can find a way to implement exploding gas tanks under humvees

Speaking of exploding cars. The Jihad car really needs some shrapnel thrown into its explosion. Right now it just goes 'boom', which is all right if you are taking out armour, but what if you want to annihilate some tightly packed infantry? I want it to go 'boom' then 'shred' as the shrapnel goes flying.

Didn't the helicopters have cool crash effects, like loss of turning ability and cause the gyro to break and have the helicopter spin out of control. I heard that the game had that but I have yet to see it. Anywayz getting back to the topic, have the cars loose steering, throttle, braking ability, and eventually have the car just stop working. Then it could smoke maybe and have some fire (like the cars that are already crashed with fire and smoke coming out of the engine.
