Stuck at "briefing in progress" after map change.

Hello. After every map change im stuck in "briefing in progress.. begins in 5 mins."
I can still hear squad mates talking and move mouse. Game is freshly reinstalled on fresh win 10. That didnt help.

When did it start? Is this a recent issue? What server?

It started since i installed the game and after pc reinstall it's the same.
I play on 2 servers - russian one and other with top population (forgot the name).
Im having problems on both of them.

Do you have some firewall that is filtering packets maybe? that's all I can think of.

Only Windows firewall. AV is turned off as well since Bitdefender doesnt like mumble and makes random freezes. Next time i will turn off FW and see what happens.

Doubt windows firewall would do that

I've seen a couple of people half a decade ago with routers/ISP that would filter specific packets and cause such issues. We think it was their routers/ISP since the problem magically went away when they started using a proxy (which would tunnel the packets through encrypted TCP).

After updating to the latest version today, I am experiencing this same issue. Can see the timer running in the background and mumble works, but no mouse or key control. Game was just working fine last play (less than a week ago).

I'm technologically STUPID, so I do not know what it will take to fix this. All I've tried is to reinstall the game and check on different servers to no avail.
