Game closes after pressing Play in the launcher

after choosing a profile and pressing play the game opens as a black screen and then closes a second or two later using a win 10 and an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 8 gb ram if that helps

Check if there is a PRLauncher.log file in the following directory:

If it exist, open it with notepad and paste the content of the file here.

Include PR Support Information as well: go to Launcher ---> Support, click Copy To Clipboard and paste it here.

it didnt had the .log thing in the name but it is a text file named PRLauncher so i guess this is what you are looking for

reinstalled today just incase it still doesnt work (sorry for putting the game version as 1.6.4 got confused whit 1.6.3)
