Make static chairs enterable (let me sit in a chair)
I'm writing a PR movie script for Bamyan and it would be cool for the soldiers to be able to sit before some Taliban mortar rounds or something come flying over hear and everyone gets up. Maybe give it a stamina reload bonus when sitting.

No. It would eat up a slot in the already limited networkable object count. If you want this for a movie, you can ask in community modding how to do it.
