Just started today "Refused to connect to server"

[Grump/Gump.45]

It says "The server refused the connection. Possible Reasons:
-Your client lost connection to login server
-The server requires higher PR level account
-the server denied your account

For more information go to the ACCOUNT tab in SUPPORT menu of the launcher

Im Level 2.

What could be the issue? I tried to get on HOG, but its actually all severs.

There was an issue with the login server. It's working again.
