Kit requests/Limits Broken?

I could be wrong but I get the impression something broke.

This first one happened on Muttrah today we have a 7 man squad nothing special. Than Sky joins to make it 8.


You might be curious about what kit he is going to choose from the spawn menu to spawn on the rally. The one option that you wouldn't expect is the AR since Philrow has the AR kit and you get 1 for each squad without trickery.



There was no trickery or at least no trickery that was done on purpose and yet he was able to spawn with a second AR kit. Sky did get switched to our team prior to this in case that has any influence.

This next one happened on the 7th




We just got killed and we are in the process of spawning back in. I had the rifleman first go around but the SL asked me to get the medic and for glavie to unselect it.



We don't normally play with him so I can't speak to what he did but he reacted and confirmed the request so I spawned in with the medic. To my surprise he also spawned in with medic getting us 3 medics.

These are the two examples I happen to have trackers for. I know I have noticed it since the update with the medic kit a few more times.

Then there is something that might be related or not. But the amount of times we have respawned and all of the sudden no one can spawn in with lat has been pretty high. This suggests there might have been multiple lat kits in squads as well. Ofc it isn’t uncommon to get a second lat kit with some trickery but there still seems to be an increase to us not being able to get it.

I know 2 cases might be hard to pin down but I figured it couldn't hurt to at least report it. Maybe others can add examples that way.

This is an example of the lat not being available for Sky. This issue is harder to pin down since I can’t speak for everyone if or if they did not have the lat kit selected but considering the sl asked repeatedly to unselect it I am guessing no one did. There are 5 lat kits on our team at this point in our round. I am not entirelly clear anymore on what the lat limit is but 5 for the team seems like a weird number. If this had been the first time I would have just assumed one of them had it selected or we had hit the team limit. But this has now so repeatedly come up that I have started to question that my suspicion is rising even more based on the above thing.

There is a significant increase in this being an issue and I just can’t believe after the update we are all of the sudden repeatedly hitting the team limit or people don’t know how to unselect kits anymore.
