Game Sound stuck Repeating/Looping issue

HELLO PLEASE HELP !!! i'm new to this game it works perfectly fine except but unexpectedly i get this problem with the game audio during a match, any random sound by chance such as a gunshot or walking footsteps, helicopter or a car sound gets stuck on a seemingly endless loop and i can't hear anything els but it and note that i can still hear teammates mumble voice-chat still works fine during this issue, so i can still hear teammates but in game i hear nothing els but the looped sound glitch, i searched a whole day everywhere in google but i couldn't find a fix, i thought maybe it was my outdated drivers so i updated all the drivers online but still same problem happens. i have uploaded a video on YouTube so you can see what i'm talking about here . https://youtu.be/yHX5mWn45v8

So this is a new in game problem i was wondering why no one replied that's why, Well it keeps happening every match so there is something wrong indeed, it's fun for the first maybe could be 1 or 5 or 20 minutes the sound bug happens unexpectedly during the match i messed with the pc and ingame audio settings but nothing to fix it i need to exit and relaunch the game and it would still happen again.

The game Run a bit laggy when graphics are all maxed out, i tried what you said the looping sound glitch happened straight away right when i joined the server before i even spawned

i tried with very low settings and software as provider still same issue happened
