Crash when Try to open the Demo with the cmd!

My friends tried to make a short movie and demo is necessary.But the BF2 demo has some problems that the the camera cannot move smoothly.So we decided to run demo via the commands like this:

1.Create a demo.cmd in game folder.
2.Type some commands like thishttps://ibb.co/qgbWBhL
3.Run the demo.cmd and play the demo file.So we can record the camera path.

Then we got crashed.It says:

And it still crash after install the VC _ redist _ x86.exe.

First of all, you have to elaborate. What camera issue are you talking about? I've never heard about any camera issues.
Second of all, you can't launch PR without PRLauncher (and running the game through cmd like what you did does exactly that). Also, I have absolutely no idea how it would help solving the first issue.
