[PR 1.7.3.2] - Windows 10 crashes and stability issues

Hi all!

I'm a brand new player and am having performance issues with the game. Once I select a spawn point and begin playing, the game crashes after a few seconds. My PR version is 1.7.3.2 and I'm using Windows 10 64-bit.

Do I need to run the game as administrator or under a specific compatibility mode?

My hardware is the following:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor, 3200 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
• RAM: 8.00 GB
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Any suggestions?

Played Battlefield 2 version 1.5.3153 on custom settings and highest resolution possible for a while. Then relaunched PR on medium settings on slightly lower resolution. The game is running stable single player COOP on local server.

I'm not sure what did it, but will try it this way for the meantime.

Oh, it's single player? Local single player servers are unstable and unsupported. Join dedicated servers or use dedicated server executable if you want to play on your own. There are many BF2 tutorials for dedicated servers if you google them.

turn off VSync, it worked for me
