As really old vetaran, playing PR since 0.7v i feel like assets meta should shift a bit.
Suggestion is simple -reduce spawning time and delay of all assets (CAS could be arguable here but imo 15 mins would be max) for all assets only at 4km, big assets maps like Kashan, Khami, Black Gold etc. etc. + add tickets to balance out losing tickets faster. None of assets should spawn longer than 10 min imo.
Reason:
-One side losing all tanks/heavy assets usually meaning other side having free ride for whole 20 minutes which for round time is really long time
-Big asset maps should be about assets, and assets combat should be there most intensive compared to other layers
-20 minutes of respawns a lot of times meaning there are 3x2 people waiting for tank in main, another 3-4 waiting for CAS, and another 6 for APCs if they are delayed meaning literally huge part of team is just idle or doing weird stuff like rushing with HAT or sniper rifles
-Game getting new players and they should have space to learn how to do assets durning the games, current spawn time doesn't give space to learn
-Delays for ground vehicles shouldn't be longer than 5 minutes for APCs and 10 for tanks
Disclaimers:
-Only 4km maps with more than 1x tank/IFV/CAS should be affected, longer spawn times imo should remain at smaller maps especially on maps where assets are really limited in numbers
-Possibly second HAT kit or one more ATGM launcher could be addition to balance out spawns out
-Like said above - perhaps adding more tickets should be a thing
As person trying to play from time to time when i am forced to do it with mates i must say waiting times are just insane long and annoying. Maybe because i am already much older when i started to play PR but in overall i feel like one side easily getting advantage early on in CAS/tank battles and that meaning they have free way to do rampage all over map.
Give big assets maps some fresh air.

We complained about this already and I think the response we got was:
The delay is to simulate having to insert/transit those assets onto the battlefield from where ever they were stationed previously

And bring back air-to-air missiles on attack helicopters and make their ATGMs not be fire and forget, then bring back Qinling so we can have the 0.7 glory days back
