Can't bind the "tab" key even after unbinding score

Title sums it up, I want to open the map using tab but the game doesn't let me rebind tab even after unbinding it from scoreboard. The message says "Duplicate key found in Common controls" even though there isn't anything else on tab.

TAB is one of the keys that gets special treatment by the game engine. You have to modify

Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles\<ProfileID>\controls.con

file manually to make it work.
