It won't run smoothly that's for sure, but it will launch. Your CPU is very weak by PR standards

I although have a SSD equipped in my PC which makes it fast enough to run games like Battlefield Bad Company 2, PES 2017 and FIFA 14 with minimal lag or no lag at all! I am more interested to play single player with bots in Project Reality... So will I be able to play it in any way with minimal lag?
Thank you!

If you don’t mind the low frame rate and play this game in low quality, I think it’s still playable. You’ll know if you try it out

If I get at least 30 FPS then I have no problem... Is it possible to get it in 1600 X 900 Resolution?
Moreover can I play it lag free with PR v1.5 released in 2018?

I recommend you the latest version, just go for low settings

I just want to know that can older versions help reduce lag and give a better framerate?
Moreover can I get at least 30 FPS on the latest version with my PC specs in 1600 x 900 resolution?
Thank you!

I could run it smoothly on a business laptop without a dedicated graphics card before,so I think it’s possible and the configuration requirements of this game are not as high as the Battlefield Bad Company 2. Bro, you don't have to worry so much. If you want to play, just play

Sorry guys! Just due to some busy schedule, I wasn't able to share you all my experience after installing the game. To be really satisfied with, the game worked quite nice in my PC in averagely low settings. But I am facing only one issue... Whenever I am in smoke or any heavy vehicle like a tank goes in front of me creating some dust, the game suddenly lags and drops my FPS to a great extent and it again becomes normal after the smoke is no more or the vehicle has gone too far. Any help regarding this is truly appreciated...
Thank you!

Turn off advanced shaders or something like that. There will be some z-fighting far away, but with that option on it can drop FPS to single digits on less powerful machines.

In graphic options uncheck "use advanced shaders".
