When i use the offline profile, it's instead force close

That DLL error means nothing, you should update your iGPU driver. Intel's new iGPUs are finicky and they need the newer drivers to properly function in older games.

Sorry man, the result still the same as before even i already upgraded the version of the driver to 4972.

Already Uninstall and reinstall it again, it still the same.

Try Offline, force close
Try Online, only showing blackscree, or just not responding.

Already upgrade the GPU driver to the newest.

What anti-virus do you have? It is most likely an anti virus preventing PR from working correctly.

Currently i'm not using any Anti-virus, since last time i use Norton Antivirus.

Now i'm not, because my Trial to that antivirus was expired.

And... i'm already turn off the Firewall.

Make double sure you don't have any other anti viruses except for the default windows defender and uninstall the anti virus you mentioned.

Yes.

And maybe when launching it online, it's only shows blackscreen.

I don't know if the case are the same when it launching it offline and online?

The dmp and logs you have sent clearly say Norton is still installed and running. You need to uninstall it.

I tried launching it online, and, it worked... how? i mean it's not crashing or showing just only blackscreen.

When i playing at home and using house Wifi, it worked properly. But when i playing it wherever i go but not at home and using mobile hotspot or public Wifi, it just showing blackscreen.
