Game crashing without warning nor noise back to desktop

Post by Ubermitty »

Hello,

My game has been crashing randomly, without a single warning or anything, back to my desktop. This happens sometimes two or three times in a single match, and I hope someone can help me. I have copied my support files, and I've made a .dmp with procdump. I don't know how to post it in a thread, but I hope you all could help me with that too.

These are the support files:

Don't use OneDrive as your primary save location for files. OneDrive should only be used for files you want to access from somehwere else.

I know, I never even use Onedrive, but for some reason it is intertwined with my documents and all that. I have it turned off, so it doesn't do anything. Do you think that is the root of the problem or just an added thing to maybe tackle?

Ok. Probably not the root cause then because I found another post reporting similar issue but with normal documents folder. Googling that error message points to internet connection issues. Are you using firewall or antivirus software that monitors internet traffic as well?

I only have firewall and it is already allowing PR and all four subsections through it. I play with an ethernet cable plugged in and I never experience any drops of 'signal', or complete shutdowns of my connection. I also reinstalled my game before posting this thread, but unfortunately it still occurs. If the .dmp is useful, I could post it somewhere if someone tells me how. Already thanks for your answers Clueless!
