it all sounds great. the game would become more of an experience (as tactical said) as opposed to the run and gun stuff you see in the demo and unfortunately in alot of other games. i think a agame like ghost recon 2 does a good job with getting wounded. if you get hit bad enough a team member can heal you, but not fully, for the rest of the game (or that life) youre wounded and youre breathing heavy and your aim takes a lot longer to focus in, even after slight adjustments. adding the ability to go to an aid station behind the lines and get closer to near or full health than a medic can is a great idea and im all for the ambulance idea. as for the snipers effect on morale, its a great idea, with what pr is doing to get rid of the visible tags on players, snipers will be much more effective just because of that, add in one shot kill/disable ability and it really is a whole new ballgame.

Great Idea....
As a sniper addicted, I feel the snipers weaponry sunch underpowered...
Seems EA doesn't give apropriate attention to the damage of the bullets...

i think the idea about been skilled rather then randomness is somthing that cannot be overlooked. i hate the randomnes of the sniper in bf2. unlike the demo you do not unzoom when you fire shots but it still has the random missed shots.

i have hit guys in the chest with the 50cal and they live. 2 shots (with the confirming expanding crosshair btw) from the 50cal to kill. ridiculas.
also the glas does not break when you shoot people through it like in helos etc.

i also think the noise of thse things should be brought up alongside accuracy and zoom distance - since you can kill further away the noise should therfore be realistic. Then we dont have snipers on your doorstep without you knowing about it. you heard these things???? but i do think the bullet drop needs to be there but more accuratly. each marking on the scope have a distance that is actually incorporated in to the game unlike bf2.

also i dont think it is possible for bf2 but wouldent it be crazy if you could puncture tyres for the vehicles without the puncture protection like HV's.
