But the game is running (time is running and the battle is going on).
But I can not even choose a squad and equipment, the mouse just does not respond to anything, not one key does not work except ALT+F4

Reset your profiles from launcher options. If it doesn't help, delete your entire Documents\ProjectReality folder but remember that you have to do Steam login and retrieve your profiles after that.
