The only map of Vapo's that's currently in PR is Black Gold (as far as I know), and as such unless it's one of his older/scrapped projects, it kind of has to be black gold, given the 'reworking' reference.

I've actually not played in the BG city once in the 10-12 times I've played on BG, so this could be in the city for all I know
