Yes, thanks. I can see a few problems. First, you should try to install more RAM, if possible. You currently have only 4 GB of RAM which is not enough on your 64-bit laptop.
Your
Documents folder is on OneDrive. I can cause problems with PR profiles. Go to OneDrive settings and stop syncing
Documents folder, or quit OneDrive when playing PR.
To fix other issues on the software side, check this list. If Windows says a packages is already installed, just skip it and continue with the next step. Pay special attention to step #5 because it includes running two installers before it's complete.
Run launcher as administrator.
Make sure your antivirus is not blocking prbf2.exe , prlauncher.exe , or the folder where they are installed in, or your %LOCALAPPDATA%\Project Reality folder.
Download and install .NET Framework 4.7.2 Runtime .
Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable .
Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) , run it and give it a temporary folder for extracting files. Then go to that temporary folder and run DXSETUP.exe .
Download d3dx9_43.dll and copy it into your C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder, overwriting the file that might already be there.
If your computer has both integrated and discrete GPUs, open Start -> Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics. Then add desktop app prbf2.exe and set it to high performance with your discrete GPU.

Have you copied or installed anything else into the same folder where PR is installed on your D: drive? For me it looks like you might have extra files there and it's where that wrong version of d3dx9_43.dll is coming.
Btw, are you sure you copied it into C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and not, for example, in C:\Windows\System32 folder?

its been a week what should i do
Send SHA-256 checksum of the file
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\D3DX9_43.dll . You can use 7-zip or any other program that is capable of calculating SHA-256.

Oh, my picture link failed, but that's OK since you were able figure out the checksum. What the checksum tells me is that you have wrong version of the file. You have 64-bit file in the directory that is reserved for 32-bit dlls. See step 6 in my guide a couple of messages back
