Something strange is happening with the AP rifleman

Hi, I'm someone who rarely uses the AP rifleman, but the times I do I get the most out of it, but from the beginning I've noticed something, there are times when I take out the kit it gives me 2 claymores per slot, but other times it gives me 1 per slot. Does anyone know why this happens? And no, it's not because it's std or alt, I've already tried and it continues like this.

As for the question you are asking, Each map and each layout such as 16 players can customize their own loadout kit and Not all armies in PR have the same number of claymores in their AP kit.
I've noticed a pattern, factions that use the M18A1 only have one, while factions with the MON-50 will always have 2 claymores.(I hope I'm not wrong)
