Low fps no clue wat to do (specs are good)

So im gaming on my laptop and looking at sky its stable fps but when i look anywhere else it lags crazy, ngl game is extremely fun but god damm why is this game lagging for me

this is my laptops specs:

cpu Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
