Are there many downloads available?

I have terrible internet and an unable to play online properly. What i am looking for is a realistic shooter game experience. Am i able to play project reality with bots singleplayer? Will it be fun? What do i need to get PR to work, do i need a copy of battlefield 2 for the mod to work?

Also are there many downloads available such as singleplayer missions for PR, ones with bots.

You don't need to own the original Battlefield 2 if you use the standalone PR version, and you can customize the number of bots to increase the challenge.

PR is based around Battlefield 2, which only effectively offered a multiplayer experience (single player was the same multiplayer mode, but with bots). It was only later installments of Battlefield (spurred by the success of the console-exclusive Bad Company) that had single player campaign/single player missions.

You can play PR in a local, single player mode, but it's just a variation of multiplayer maps/game modes with both teams filled with CPU bots.

At different times, for whatever reason my internet wasn't good and I needed an ethernet cable. Otherwise it would glitch me, rubber band and just be unplayable even when I was 10 ping. Literally had an ethernet while playing with laptop on my lap.

There are wireless wall plugs that have one in your router connected by ethernet then that connects wirelessly to another wall plug ethernet so you have wireless ethernet... Its just as good as being directly connected into the router.

Once you come on, practice skills against players by using camouflage, playing dead, climbing trees, being one man per piece of cover in view of each other with your squad.

Help to max out firepower by having 3 TOW + 3 AA + 6 HMG + 2 mortars + 30 foxholes at 25% + tanks + APC + IFV + logistics supply/repair station as armor medics + jeeps + UAV.

Anything in view of a tank is not targeted first, stay spread but in view to watch over and support. Everyone is bait for each other to get shot at, so you can respond to enemy fire coming at friendly players, rather than being alone.
