R.T.S: I have been suffering from this problem for over an hour , Every time i play a game , a black screen appears , but it used to be intermittent , not permanent .Now it has become permanent and i cannot play because of it.

This is not a bug. It happens because your computer (and probably your internet connection as well) does not meet the minimum system requirements. You might be able to play if you disable advanced shaders, set all graphics settings to low and increase PRLauncher.exe priority to high in Windows Task Manager. See: viewtopic.php?t=152439

If it doesn't help, then you are out of luck.

Project Reality System Requirements
Desktop:
Minimum:
  • Intel Core 4000 series (Haswell) or AMD Ryzen 1000 series (Zen1), preferably at 3GHz.
  • 6GB of RAM
  • Nvidia GTX 550Ti or AMD Radeon HD 6750
Recommended:
  • Intel Core 9000 series (Coffee Lake-R) or AMD Ryzen 3000 series (Zen2), preferably at 4GHz
  • 8GB of RAM (configured as dual channel 2x4GB)
  • Nvidia GT 1030 or AMD RX 550
Laptop:
Minimum:
  • Intel Core i3-1005G1 (Ice Lake) or AMD Athlon Gold 7220U (Zen2 N6)
  • 8GB of RAM (choose models with higher clocked LPDDR4X/LPDDR5)
  • Onboard UHD G1 or Radeon 610M
Recommended:
  • Intel Core i5-1135G7 (Tiger Lake) or AMD Ryzen 5 4500U (Zen2), or anything above these
  • 8GB of RAM (configured as dual channel 2x4GB)
  • Onboard Xe G7, Vega 6CU, Nvidia MX 250, or anything better
Minimum will guarantee to hit 30fps at 720p.
Recommended will allow you to play 60fps at 1080p-1440p
Though it will still sometimes drop to 20fps during intense scenes like area attacks or mortar fire.
