Is there a way to delete my account by my self or it should be done by admin?

PR uses Steam for authorizing online players. Only your online profiles are stored on PR master servers. You can delete them using profile manager in PR Launcher. Hover or right-click the Play button to access profile manager. Before you can delete a profile, it must exist locally on your computer. Click Create profile button and then Retrieve existing profile button to retrieve a profile. After that, you can delete them one by one, selecting the Delete remote checkbox on the confirmation dialog.

Your local profiles are stored on your computer only. You can delete them like any other file.

If you want to delete your Steam account, go to their web site and look for instructions etc.

I know you didn't download Project Reality from Steam because PR is not available in Steam, never has been, but you still need Steam account to play PR online. If you want to delete your PR profiles, follow the instructions in my previous reply.
