Getting a crash right after logging in to my steam account

Every time i try to get through the log in process, a crash window will pop up stating as follows:
"The 'System.Net.Http, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' archive cannot be loaded"

It happens exclusively after launching the PR Login. Crash Log attached.


NOTE: FILE ATTACHED IS A .rar BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY EXTENSION I FOUND THAT WAS CAPABLE OF BEING SUBMITTED TO THIS FORUM.

What Windows version? (btw, you can't attach any files, we don't have enough disk space to store user's files)
