Error 1103 with update to version 1.9.have reinstalled v1.8 and downloaded 1.9 upgrade.will not load pr with the upgrade

The error

1103: There was an error linking to the game process. Please try again.

Means that either your antivirus is incompatible with PR or your computer is a potato which can't keep up with the load. Uninstall 3rd party antivirus apps and use Microsoft Security instead. It can be configured to work with PR. Going entirely without an AV is not recommended. In case of a potato computer, check PR system requirements at https://www.realitymod.org/manual/en/set-up.html.

this is my system.can you find a fault.i had the same problem so unloaded the game,reinstalled it,upgraded to 9.1 .when it would do what it is doing now i restarted the computer and it worked. the next time i try,the same fault occcured.did a computer restart and back to not working.i can log in,start the game the screen goes black and error 1103 comes up and game shuts down.
