Because it's mighty suspicious when you get taken out with a headshot from 100 yards the second someone pops around a corner, even though you saw them run around the other side of the building and were prone waiting for them to come around the corner. Finger on M4 trigger.
You would need to know who killed you. As an admin I would love to take pbss of people I am playing against when funny things happen. But I never know who killed me so it is frustrating. As it is I have to use good scores as a reason for pbss.
