Bug or cheat

My clan mate just reported that on our brazilian server there is some dude logued with 2 acconts with the same nick
he kicks everyone that is trying to join the server and the admin is not online right now

One dude is caping the flags while the other stand still
Is that a new cheat to log with 2 acconts that the guy is testing on our server?
Yon can see both dudes on that screen(1 on the helo and the other on the building)

the server is this one

Actualy one of my friends just searched the bf2player
bf2player 2 acconts created at 24 e 27 of december 2006.

Look
kanshgai = kanshgaI (both with "i")
kanshgal = kanshgaL (Both with "L")

But he keep kicking for no reason, he is a smacktard for sure

Yes since it is a small server for a small community
