I agree! Even if the round gets lost, it is much more satisfying to know that you and your squad have done a fine job and have played the game like it's meant to be (taking the time to take a detour and flank the enemy etc.).
Since the player base increases more and more, the overall quality of SLs drops IMO. I really like to be SL in general but sometimes, I just want to fight and follow the tactical ideas of someone else. Unfortunately, most of the time those SLs do not use the SL's comrose, not even to mention voice
It is not only highly recommended to use voice, it is a must IMO. OK, there may be some players who just do not have a chance to use voice properly (heard of youngsters, who played in the living room for example...). But every player who claims to play PR in a decent manner should communicate at any cost. It is not unusual that the "Voice" or "mike only" squads tend to be the leading ones on the stats in the end and have taken a considerable part on the team's success.
We should just increase the knowledge - especially to newcomers - how much a good orally communication enhances the gameplay and increases the fun level for all.
