don't mind the music.
Phillips cut up several armor vests and fashioned himself arm and leg guards with the Kevlar; the protection swathed him from neck to ankles and weighed nearly 42 pounds. The Armor itself was at least 4 level IIIA XL vests, in the pictures of the gunmen exiting the bank, one can see two halves of one vest wrapped around Phillips' legs, two more around his thighs, and two on his arms, and the one on his torso, he also has a groin protector on his waist. The vests, contrary to popular belief, were not cut up and sewn together, as Kevlar is extremely hard to cut, and will dull most scissors after just one cut, but held together with velcro straps which were already on the vests. Also, cutting a woven Kevlar material will break the outer seal, causing it to fray apart, and to lose most of its protective quality, similar to nylon.

Matasareanu also wore body armor, but it was fashioned sloppily and hastily. His armor did not cover his arms and legs, however he inserted a trauma plate to protect his vital organs.

Going up agaisnt opposition in body armour I'd rather take a Five-seveN or Gyurza
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

I will almost promise you that the guys were Drugged up like crazy when the did that robbery. In order to not get scared shitless then you would have to be. I mean, having all the police in the city shooting at you, you will be drugged to hell. And with a Pistol shooting you at that range I still think that you will feel it hittin you, at least knock the wind out of ya.

Yeah I think they had taken some drugs.
And yeah of course they feel the impact, but it didn't seem to slow them down that much. The 9mm bullet is just so small and lightweight..

You guys are all talking out of your A-holes. Seeing as nobody here actually knows what they are talking about, I think the pistol doesn't really need a change. You can quote websites all you like, but you're never going to know what the pistol does to you until you're shot.

There is really no need to make threads asking for gameplay changes just because you are having problems with a certain feature. I have never had a problem with pistol shooting in PR, in fact I find it remarkably easy and I'm always getting pistol kills when I use the Heavy AT or Spec Ops classes. It's a lot stronger than vBF2 and it's fine like that.
