Replace mec G3?

i like the g3, but not in this situation. i think that you should have more realistic mec weapons as in variants of the ak family true to the mec weapons inventory.

The sniper rifles fire more or less the same round, yet they seem much more powerful than a G3/HK21. One shot kill to unarmoured targets comes to mind.

The 7.62 caliber sniper rifles modelled in game typically use a specialised round with higher powder grain count.

wrt the HK21 doing more damage than the G3 heh. Uh... I can check our source code and tell you they have identical ballistic characteristics.

I personally think hte G3 is a fine rifle for what it does, just think it either needs more power for the effect of the kick it has, and needs a better model/sound cause its kinda cheesy as is right now.

Turkey and I think also Pakistan own licenses to produce G3 and other HK rifles, so I find it fitting that MEC uses them.
