CDT after clicking join *HeLp*

CDT after clicking join *HeLp*

So me and a few friends have dloaded the mod and we all CTD after clicking join. Is there a fix for this? We dled the mod from fileplanet.

Please help

That has to do with an Windows XP security update.
Uninstall the security update KB917422 over Software, then it will work.

I dont see that in my add/remove plus why would that be a factor??

is the latest mod version the 0.4??

Ye some maps will only work with Vid settings on Med other wise it just crashes out to Desktop

Yeah. make sure you have version 0.4... The easiest file to find on fileplanet is an old version. The link from the files page of this site is correct. And try what bosco suggested :)

I crash to blue screen of death once in a while. I don't know why. Not to desktop, but straight computer crash, then I have to manually restart it.

GeZe: That one is most likely a driver problem - try updated your graphics drivers.

well, it doesn't happen often enough to bother me, so its okay for now, but I will look into updating my drivers
