Get rid of fire cone and have swaying weapon/crosshair
First of all if you dont know what the firing cone is, you probably wont understand what I'm saying. its an area where your bullets hit and spreads further and further apart while shooting.
The unrealistic firing cone should be removed. In stead the recoil from the weapon and movement should be the only factors affecting accuracy. One example would be shooting while walking. The gun should sway along with the crosshair but the bullet should still hit exactly where it's pointed at. This will eliminate the need for a firing cone. Also I know there won't be crosshairs in PR but I had to use that word just for the sake of understanding what I'm saying.
This would also prevent crosshair exploits(tape + and X) from working. People would not know where the crosshair is actually located during movement since the gun and (invisible) crosshair will be swaying.

but you can still set the sway per stance...
maybe you can code it so that after every shot, along with the recoil, for a brief time, you experience A LOT or sway, but it only lasts for like 1/3 of a second.
it would take a while, but you could just code this for every different gun (or maybe leave it the same for similar guns), and this quick, forceful sway that only lasts a small time before going back to the normal cycle is the extra recoil for moving stances.
im a genius! if that works...
