Pilot VOIP
We were talking about vehicle VOIP and then we had a topic about pilots and it made me think of something I doubt a pilot will be in a squad, i mean, it doesnt make any sense for a pilot to be in a squad. so maybe the pilot class can be similar to the commanders class as far as VOIP goes, only SL and Commander can speka to the pilot and he can speak to all of them, this would make bombings and airstrikes easier to do, also if vehicle VOIP works, the pilot and copilot could talk to each other.

That sounds like a good idea, when i'm in the F-15 'Strike Eagle', i just fly around the hotspots, some1 asks for a bombing, i bomb, i get a tk point, and then the message appears in text: let me move first.
This idea would ensure that - points are rare for pilots, then again, depends if we get ranked servers..........

Also, for pilots, when a squad leader, etc. Jumps into your aircraft, would it be possible to show where the squad leader's destination is on your minimap, similar to how it works now, your given orders, and a line shows up on your map that leads you to your orders, but instead, have the line(s) lead you to where your passengers need to go.

Or at the very least have the "I need a Pickup" put a "Move Here" for the pilot on his map. He can then either accept or decline so at least the squad leader knows.
Just saying, "Can you come here" might not be enough.
Someone mentioned jumping from helicopters... any way to turn down the inflicted damage from a chopper? 9/10 if I have to bail, the moron flying is too jerky and I end up getting hit and instantly killed by the chopper, or if I'm flying and turn, someone jumps out and gets clipped.
Can the damage be reduced or turned off in that case all together?

Flares even during the day are pretty damn bright... they leave a nice trail of smoke behind them (whether launched via an M203 or by hand). If they could be added, I'm sure they could brighten them up enough to be seen by a helo pilot (as he approached a specific area for a pickup).
