Heh, I did this in a week. But I learned a lot underway, that's for sure. Made a damn lot of mistakes, too.
Yes, the sight is one of the details I wanted to get wrapped up. :)

And that will require a custom reload animation... More for me to learn! But definitely a possibility. I guess mag clamps are used by the military in the field... And I'm considering a red dot or EOtech.

The animation is there for a double clip.
Ithink the Ak101 has that animation for flipping it over and clipping it in place.

Yes, it does, but the mags in the pic aren't taped upside down; doing that's just stupid anyway. The bottom mag is likely to bump into things and get dirt on the inside. That will give you stoppages. Both mags up is better.

Aye. Dont worry so much about a double mag, but I think it definatley needs a red dot or, if your confident enough, an EOTECH.

I'll see what I can do about that. We already have both the ironsights and the red dot sight picture in-game already, so no need to make those. The EOTech, however...

Yea, I agree. Screw the double mag and use your time on the red dot because it will be better spent that way. This would be a good weapon for Spec Ops on certain maps and mostly urban ones.

an Eotech would be gorgeous on there, good work, ive been watching your progress with interest, dont bother with double mags, if you cant kill something and leave yourself time to reload then you should be playing counter strike :O

Been thinking about modelling a Huey for the USMC, one of those all-singing-all-dancing-all-black-plastic G3s for the MEC to give them a more modern feel, as well as a new M4 for the US Army when they make it into the game. And how about an M1911A1 for the Officer class?

Since its the Marines, i agree with the new M4, have you thought about the HK416?, as for the pistol, go for the MARSOC pistol variety ;) , same as a 1911a1, but sexier.

Regarding the all singing G3s, do you mean the G36C?

No, I mean the G3 with black plastic furniture. Looks more modern than the green ones we have now.

The 416 is "t3h s3x)(0r", and the MP5 looks fantastic, Perhaps the devs could implement it into the game?, Spec-Ops Urban and Night loadout perhaps?

I really don't know but isn't the rear sight a bit small (compared to the front sight) ?
