Any chance of this being used for bf2 mods?

Post by Gigman »

Hi, I recently found this software http://www.cbmodelpro.com/
I would like to know if it can be used for bf2 modding. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am a very new modder. The download is free, and all you have to do is get a free sign up code type thing and it will work past 15 days. All they want is you e-mail, (http://www.guerrillamail.com anyone? Free 15 min e-mail address). It has an extremely easy interface that, as you can see in the gallery can do some pretty cool stuff. So my question really is, it this practical at all?
Thanks

Gmax is a better free modeling program.

I think that a gmax model can be imported and converted in 3D studio max or Maya to be used in BF2. You would have to find someone with 3DSM or Maya to get this done but that should not be too hard.

An alternative is to...ahem...find a version of max or maya lying around on the street, in the garbage or on the internet.
