Random Kick/Ban

I don't know if this is a PR bug or due to something else, but ever since I've started playing .5 I've been experiencing very odd happenings concerning being kicked/banned from servers.

Several times now I have attempted to connect to a PR server from the multiplayer lobby only to have it immediately return to the multiplayer lobby with a message saying I have been kicked due to excessive language or the result of a successful kick vote. It essentially acts the same as if attempting to join a full server (although the server wasn't full); it didn't even get to the loading screen.

Another problem which just arose was while playing on the 24/7 Al Basrah server (devilfile.com). I don't know if this is a PR or server bug but just incase... essentially, I joined the server. For about 10 minutes I experienced frequent lag spikes in which connection problems arose and my gaming froze for about 5-10 seconds (although I could still hear VOIP pretty much perfectly). After the third or fourth time, I was disconnected fromthe server -- with the usual "Connection to server has been lost" message. However on attempting to rejoin I am receiving a message saying I have been BANNED from that server and obviously I can't connect.

This is the only time it's happened and I'm about 99.9 percent sure it's a glitch, as it would have to be unless I was banned after losing connection (as I wasn't kicked) and it kinda fits with the other problems I've been having with all other servers.

Some servers have reserve slots so even though you see 3-4 open slots the server thinks it's full and uses the TK kick message instead of a reserved slot message.
Al Basrah .... That sounds wierd, I know I lag badly in the beginning but it gets better.
You might have just had a bad connection and were kicked for idle time.
