Server Graphics BF2

How do I get my Sig into my Server Graphic for the DF2 game, or is that just for dedicated servers?? it is 4 x 1 and in my hard drive do I actually ahve to upload it to a web page or can I get it to work right off my hard drive, I am not hosting a dedicated server
