Rock Fortification cap

The Rock fortification flag on "Gulf of Oman"[sic] were not capable. Olive and the other capped, commander line saying "capture rock..." but no capping possible. Happend in both rounds, server was 32p I think.

Yeah sometimes we get AAS2 flag capture bugs, I think this is fixed on the GHz West server. Should be fixed with our next server release.
