Ammo for Medics and Supply

I was thinking of a way to make the commander more useful to the team last night, and I came up with a way he can be vital to the team and be more realistic. Medics and Supply men should have a limited number of bags instead of having them regenerate endlessly. Then the medic and supply bags need to be refilled by the supply drops. Since repairing vehicles isn't realistic, the supply drops have lost their importance, but if they are the only thing that can give more supply and medic bags they will be much more important in the long term.
