The one right now is close enough i guess. It would be cool to have more Arabic/Mandarin writing in the vehicles but...the fresh players will just get more confused and then as usual it will somehow end up with me being TK'd. So, keep it english. Just think of it as you're a MEC guy and so you 100% understand Arabic and so you wouldn't just see it as text you'd see it as a word. So for us it would be understandable as English or something.

If you want your tank sights in Arabic, go join a middle eastern army. Those of us who are uneducated and only speak English want our tank sights in English. That way, we know what's going on.
Now, to answer the voices comms statement. Personally, I don't have a clue what the Chinese and MEC guys are saying. Some of the things I remember from vanilla BF2, so I get the gist of it. But for everything else, it's nice to have the text to go along with it. Any reason why the text was taken out?

the actual sight its from a t72/t80 , to much "marks" for distance calculations , the t90 has a computer that can calculate the distance and not need all of those marks .Mekstizzle wrote:The one right now is close enough i guess.
make the sight in english because is "more easy" its like put crossair because is "more easy" , both are unrealistic . if you see some characters , follow by numbers that change when you move the turret , you know that is the distance to the target .
i was asking the same , but in my case is a little more dificult , since I dont speak the three languageAny reason why the text was taken out?

I agree completely, localized writings would be more realistic.77SiCaRiO77 wrote:the actual sight its from a t72/t80 , to much "marks" for distance calculations , the t90 has a computer that can calculate the distance and not need all of those marks .

It's not THAT difficult to figure out what the PRC and MEC guys are saying...they haven't changed from vanilla I'm guessing and since there's only so many commands it's more recognizing the phoenetics not what he's ACTUALLY saying. Plus having the range finder in Russian or Arabic/Mandarin would be simple...bunch of letters that mean nothing if you only speak english..but the point would be obvious, where you move the crosshairs the numbers change indicating distance.

Folks I know your listening, but I want you to hear me....Its a game.
Thank you!
Do you people have lives? I can't beleive someone took the time to post this! Would you like where it says the weapon designation on the bottom to be in middle eastern characters as well?
Anyways, anyone got a translation? Because it would be much nicer to have you guys say "Hey this is spelld wrong, here is how you spell it right" rather then smart *** comments
