How can you tweak weapons?

Because I also have the poe2 mod downloaded onto my omputer, I want to mess with the guns a little, btw I also don't play the multiplayer so it doesnt mess up anything.... So how do I tweak the range,accuracy, rate of fire, and damage?

I am sorry I called you a tard, but I am pretty mad... my internet has died like 40 times in 2 hours... well does anyone know, because I wanted to tweak the POE2 and the Aussie Forces people and put them in my Project reality Single player game, since obviously no one else would have done this? So how would I tweak the weapons, the kits, and move those kits and forces to pr and have them work?

Im really not quite sure this is feasible. It could be, just quite hard to do. Actually, obviously it is, how do you think these guns got in PR? Hahahah. So yes it is possible just I dont know how to do it.
